Presented by the Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation and the Taste of Cove Food Truck Park, in partnership with Herb & Earnie’s, House on Main, Nelson Brew Works, and Refresh Salon, this year’s celebration promises an evening full of food, music, fun, and community spirit.

Come celebrate the hardworking small businesses and local market vendors of Copperas Cove as you shop, dance, eat, and enjoy the festivities throughout the evening.
