Bobby Keys and his friend, Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards, share the same birthday: December 18, 1943. Keys first met the band at the San Antonio Teen Fair during their 1964 U.S. tour, and 50 years later, joined them for their ’14 On Fire’ tour, cementing his place as an unofficial member of the Rolling Stones.
