Forts Trail Region
Step into the past. Discover stories written in stone. This is a special guided tour of Painted Rocks Historical Site. Witness a cosmic battle play out in real time as sunlight and shadow interact with centuries-old Native American pictographs. Over the course of this exclusive four hour tour, participants will have the chance to experience as many as three solar interactions in person (weather permitting), learn from the researcher who discovered one of the interactions, and view timelapse video and close-up photographs of other interactions not include on the tour.
