With its origins in 1937 and his uncle Henry, Hal Guillory and Uncle Henry’s Tamales are a Beaumont institution. In addition to the eponymous tamales, Uncle Henry’s is also well known for its beef links, cracklins, chili, and gumbo.
Another iconic Beaumont business, TexJoy, features prominently on the menu as the main seasoning for the ground chuck used in Uncle Henry’s tamales.
