Lufkin landmark, Stringer’s Lufkin Bar-B-Que, was founded in 1950. It’s been a family-run business ever since. Now on its third generation of Stringers and over 65 years later, the restaurant’s commitment to good food and great service remains a constant. In addition to their barbecue, Stringer's is also well known for their beloved fried rolls.
Stringer’s Lufkin Bar-B-Que was designated a Texas Treasure Business in 2022.
