Patillo's Bar-B-Q has been a Beaumont institution since 1912, when Jack Patillo turned his passion for open-pit barbecue and Creole-Cajun cooking into a family-owned restaurant.
For more than a century, generations of the Patillo family have preserved its signature recipes and traditions, continuing to serve smoked meats, famous all-beef links that locals call "grease balls," and the distinctive flavors that have made the restaurant a Southeast Texas favorite.
Patillo's Bar-B-Q was designated a Texas Treasure Business in 2022.
