Raul Davila opened Davila’s BBQ in Seguin back in 1959. At that time, the restaurant was housed in an abandoned school building that didn’t even have a cash register. With a story that spans nearly sixty years and three generations, Davila's BBQ is today one of the top BBQ places in Texas. Adrian Davila is the current Pitmaster, and he honors his family’s traditions by infusing inspiration from the vaquero lifestyle into his recipes.
Davila’s BBQ was designated a Texas Treasure Business in 2022.
