Los Arcos - Hermanos Peña is an award-winning, multi-generational conjunto and Tejano family band, the brainchild of Jerry Peña. With deep roots in the conjunto tradition and a legacy that began in Dimmitt in 1978, the group rose to prominence in the 1980s and was inducted into the Tejano ROOTS Hall of Fame in 2020. They remain active to this day.
Los Arcos - Hermanos Peña helped define the Tejano and conjunto sound throughout the 1980s and continue to shape the genre today, influencing contemporary conjunto artists while maintaining their loyal fan base. The current generation of Peña family band members carry the legacy forward, bringing their distinctive sound into the modern era.
Their energetic blend of high-octane accordion, punchy rhythms, virtuosic bajo sexto arrangements and vocal harmonies place Los Arcos - Hermanos Peña’s unmistakable sound in a category all its own, for both fans of the genre and the future generation of conjunto and Tejano artists.
