Dutch Oven Cooking

Event occurs the first Saturday of every month.
Join the Little Pine Friends of Daingerfield State Park to learn how to cook in a Dutch oven and sample some of their delicious dishes!
Accessibility: Parking will be available at our Dining Hall/Day Use Areas. Restroom is available near park store. Drinking water is available nearby. Path to program is pavement and mowed grass.
Program Expectations: Are you interested in learning how to cook with a Dutch oven? Bring the family and join in on the fun! Bring your own equipment or borrow some from the group (while supplies last).
When: Cooking/Demo @ 9:00 a.m. & Food Tasting @ 11:30 a.m.

Program is included with park entry fees: $4 per person ages 13 and older, 12 and under are free. Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of inclement weather. Dress for the weather! Cancellations will be announced on the Daingerfield State Park Facebook Page or you can call park headquarters.
