This museum features costumes, photos and exhibits related to the city’s famous annual fiesta honoring George Washington, first celebrated in 1898. The celebration itself, which takes place each February for more than two weeks, draws nearly 400,000 attendees, and includes parades, a carnival, an air show, fireworks, live concerts and a traditional exchange of hugs symbolizing the friendly relationship between the U.S. and Mexico.
