The Twin Elm Ranch is an all inclusive dude ranch featuring horseback riding, 3 meals per day and lots of other amenities. If you prefer to camp and enjoy nature in a much less structured sort of way primitive camping is available along the Medina River that runs right through the ranch. The crystal clear water flowing over sun-bleached rocks makes for a very peaceful retreat from the fast paced world we’ve come to know.
