The Fredonia Hotel is a historic hotel located in downtown Nacogdoches, Texas. It opened its doors in 1955 and was designed in a unique blend of Intentional Style and traditional New Orleans architecture. The hotel is a well-known example of mid-century modern design.
The Fredonia has been renovated twice, once in the 1980s and again in the late 2000s. The second renovation made use of state and federal tax credit programs to restore the hotel to its original character.
The Fredonia today features 109 guest rooms, a cabana-style pool, two onsite restaurants, a bar, and flexible indoor/outdoor meeting space. It is a popular destination for both business and leisure travelers alike.
