Uniquely, it was a Spanish-speaking institution that emphasized the preservation of Mexican culture and language. It was known for its rigorous curriculum, which prepared children for entering Jim Hogg County's public schools and other educational pursuits.

Visitor Instructions

The building has served as a daycare in recent years but is now no longer in use. It is only observable externally. In the front yard is the Undertold Historical Marker.
