The Continental Club opened in 1955 as a supper club. In the decades since, it has become one of Austin's most legendary music venues, featuring roots, rockabilly, country, swing, rock and blues music nightly. The classic neon sign flashing above the entrance is a landmark on South Congress.
The Continental Club is recognized by the city of Austin, TX as a historic landmark, and nationally known as an award winning live music club.
