Granger is a charming and historic town small town located 48 miles northeast of Austin and just 15 miles east of Georgetown. Granger is the self-proclaimed "Gateway to the Good Life", and was the first town in Texas with a population under 5,000 to pave the streets via hand-laid bricks in 1912. Granger is also home to the annual Granger Lake Fest. Granger is a proud Texas Main Street city since 2019, and the famous brick streets were recognized with a Texas Historical Marker in 2005 by the Texas Historical Commission.
