Los Muertos: A Celebration of Life is a annual event celebrating the traditional holiday of Dia de Los Muertos. This holiday is not just sugar skulls and face paint, it's a day to remember and honor our lost loved ones. It is located in downtown Wichita Falls. The celebration happens the Saturday before or on November 2nd. Each year we commission local artists to show their talents with a Dia de Los Muertos flair. Highlights include Aztec Dancers, Altar area for community participation, and dedicated procession for the families of altar participants during the festival led by mariachi and Aztec dancers. We pride ourselves on the family culture of this festival!
