HUNTERS MOON-FEST “HOOVES & HEELS” 5K COLOR FUN RUN - Sat., Oct.19th, 9am.
Join the Calvert Historical Foundation’s annual Color Fun Run through 3.1 miles of Calvert’s Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Enjoy the scenery and experience early Texas history as you walk/run through Calvert’s Historic District’s stately Victorian era homes, Historic Virginia Field Park & its grand 1895 Pavilion. As you marvel at the architectural splendor of Colonial Revival, Queen Anne, and Gothic Revival homes, experience the joy of bright colors showering down upon you along your way! T-Shirts and water provided. Welcome all ages! Registration begins 8am. Race starts 9 am at the Calvert Fire Station.
