Join us for an introductory class on composting around your home. Participants will learn what ingredients can be composted and how to tweak their recipe for the desired results of a usable product to use for indoor and outdoor plants.
This presentation is a combination of a lecture format and some hands-on exploration learning.
Kristina Del Pino Borgstrom is a member of the Rio Brazos Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists. She will be sharing her experiences with the Texas Star Master Composting Program which includes large-scale and small-scale composting in a bin of "pet" worms and Roly polys.
